Dr. Nancy Ritschel has been practicing for over 36 years. She completed her undergraduate premed studies at Stockton State University.  She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1990 from New York Chiropractic College/Northeast College of Health Sciences. 

Dr. Ritschel is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and has worked with the NY Jets Football team at their training center in Florham Park, NJ where she used her continued training and specialties of Applied Kinesiology and Sports Medicine to adjust the football players spines, as well as her expertise in treating all joints, and extremities, including feet, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows and wrists.

Dr. Ritschel uses a combination of different therapies that set her apart from other providers.  She integrates sports and wellness therapies, and uses nutrition, sports care, applied kinesiology, laser acupuncture she performs herself uses lasers instead of needles. She also offers KDT Spinal Decompression therapy which helps decompress spinal discs.

Dr. Ritschel obtained the physical therapy part of her chiropractic degree and uses several physical therapy techniques in her office that she is certified in, including but not limited to flexion/distraction, muscle stimulation, ultrasound, cupping, intersegmental traction, stretching, home strengthening exercises, laser, cryo and heat therapy.  She is certified in infant massage, and has advance proficiency post graduate rating in Radiology, Thai Massage, Activator Method and several other techniques.

She specializes in several specific treatment and modalities that will help each patient to get the best care and outcomes possible.

 Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healing and road to wellness. I knew I wanted to be a chiropractor since I was in 9th grade, as I always had a love of science, loved helping people, and saw the great impact that it made in many peoples lives, including helping my brothers with their back pain, and my sister with asthma.
